when you use the Wavadio mobile application.

Wavadio does not require user accounts and does not ask users to provide
personal information such as names or email addresses.
We may collect limited, non-personal information to
improve app performance and stability. This may include:

Crash reports and device information via Crashlytics
- App interaction and usage data stored locally on your device
- Approximate location (used only for selecting radio stations)
No personal user information is collected or shared.
2. How We Use Information
Information collected by Wavadio is used to:
- Provide and maintain app functionality
- Improve app stability and performance
- Analyze crashes to fix issues
Wavadio does
not use collected information for advertising or track
you across other apps or websites.
3. Data Handling and Storage

Local data: Favorites, recent history, and custom
stations are stored locally on your device.

Backup / Restore: You can manually backup and restore
your data on this device.

Cloud sync (future feature): Optional cloud sync may
allow data to be stored in iCloud for access across devices.
4. Third-Party Services

Crashlytics (Firebase): Used to collect crash reports
and device information to improve app stability. Data is anonymous and
does not include personal information.

Radio-Browser API: Used to fetch radio station
information. No personal user data is sent to this service.
5. Data Sharing
- Wavadio does not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only with service providers that support app
functionality, crash reporting, or analytics, or when required by law.
6. Children's Privacy
Wavadio is not intended for children under the age of 13,
and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Choices
You may control app-related data through your device settings, including:
- Removing the app to stop further local data collection
- Managing backups stored locally on your device
- In the future, deleting synced data if cloud backup is used
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes
will be reflected by revising the effective date above.
